Working in a Hostile Environment

As natural human being who was raised to respect others and to work corporately with others  to achieve certain goals and/or values (teamwork), he was not trained to play politics. He believes in the great saying of Niccolo Machiavelli that "politics have no relation to morals.", which sums up the danger of politics spreading inside workplaces. The question is; what should you do when your workplace turns into politics playground? The answer might be the following: Although may be it is the time for you to look for another workplace, you should not involve in any conflicts and you should keep your full intention to your tasks. Being a biased to any rivaling team is not a good idea as it might negatively impact your reputation which might result into decreasing the number of your future opportunities. Socially, biasing is seen as embracing every act, value and result your team commit or/and gain. My friend, workplace's politics is the fire to be fired in the hole, "run Forrest run" before it gets you :)
